This policy explains what information Mazzi Makko, doing business as Makko The Tech Guy (No Lost AI) ("we," "us"), a sole proprietorship based in Penns Grove, New Jersey, collects through our websites (makkoguy.com and trial.makkoguy.com) and our call-answering service, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, company name, email address, mobile phone number, and details you enter on our trial or audit forms, such as your business size.
Call and message data for the service: when your business uses No Lost AI, calls and messages to your business number may be answered, recorded, transcribed, and summarized so we can book jobs and send you summaries. This can include the caller's name, phone number, address, and what they said.
Basic website data: technical details such as browser type and the pages visited, and the tracking link (UTM tags) that brought you to us.

How we use it

To respond to your request, set up your trial, and run the service.
To send you messages about your trial or account, and marketing messages only where you have agreed to receive them.
To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we will text you about your request, trial, and scheduling. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of buying anything. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Who we share information with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our customer-management and messaging platform (GoHighLevel), website hosting, phone and voice providers, and payment processing, and only as needed for them to perform services for us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights and safety.

Call recording and callers

Businesses that use No Lost AI are responsible for telling their callers that calls may be recorded or handled by an automated assistant, as required by the laws that apply to them. If you are a caller and have a question about your information, contact the business you called or contact us.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, then delete or de-identify it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no system is completely secure.

Your choices

You can opt out of texts by replying STOP, opt out of marketing email using the unsubscribe link, and ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by contacting us. We will respond as required by the law that applies to you.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
